"Music is the Sound of the Soul" - SOLD

This is an inspiration from another painting. I painted this in oil crayons on paper. Music is in my blood and runs in the family too. I had an instant connection with this painting and immediately wanted to paint this! This is my most recent work.

  1. I am a color freak thus LOVE your work. You have a wonderful way with color. I had just looked at your site too. :)

I haven't been painting lately and am trying to figure out how to post things on twitter. I'm hoping to get started again now that fall is here.

    Blessings~

  2. Hi Linda

I am a colour freak too as you can see!!! Thank you so much! If my work has struck a chord with you my purpose is done. This piece was done for someone very special to me thus the overflow of colours! :)

There is no need to think to paint, just pick up a colour and let it take you where it wants you to!

Much love and thanks to you Linda. Really appreciate the support.
p.s - watch out for "Spring II" I will be posting it real soon, I think you will like it. :)

    Have a great day!

  3. though music envelops the world, it also helps bind souls together. music helps fill the occasional void with the essence of companionship. music time! anytime!

    1. Thank you John, that is exactly what I tried to express with the colours, although this is an inspiration from another painting. You are very perceptive.

      Cheers
